2. Description of Service
QuickBar is an Android application that displays a customizable toolbar above the system keyboard to assist with text input.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for your own API keys. You agree not to use QuickBar for harmful or illegal purposes. You agree to comply with the terms of any AI provider you connect.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the QuickBar app remains the property of its authors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
QuickBar is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
QuickBar is not responsible for AI responses or for API costs incurred through your own API keys.
7. Third Party Services
QuickBar integrates with Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI and Google Gemini. Use of those services is governed by their own terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using QuickBar at any time. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
